Do I pay anything during the alpha?
No. While Roen is invite-only it is free and no card is asked. When paid plans start, you will be told in advance and nothing renews without your consent.
What happens to my plan if I stop paying?
Your history and past weeks stay readable and you can export or delete them at any time. The plan stops re-solving and the daily session stops updating.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Subscription in the account menu, and it happens straight away. Going yearly charges the difference for the rest of the period; going monthly turns the unused time into credit for your next payments. Your training plan and its history don't change.
How do I cancel?
From Subscription in the account menu, in two clicks. Roen stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you can change your mind before then.
Why not free, like the plans on some watches?
A free watch plan is built to sell the watch. Roen is paid by the athletes who use it, which keeps the method published and your data out of advertising.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Prices are in euro and include VAT for customers in the EU.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. It takes the card, charges the VAT and issues the official invoice; Roen never sees your card number. Every receipt is also in your account.
